Behind the lens story of a 9 year old

Description - Aayush is a 9 year old budding nature photographer from the Bay Area who is passionate about saving endangered animals and birds. He is the recipient of the Week Junior Magazine’s Nature photo contest 2024 where his picture titled ‘The Regal Eagle’ of a juvenile black hawk eagle won the National photo contest. The magazine honored him by publishing the picture in the Oct 2024 issue of the magazine. Recently, he was named as one of the finalist of the 2025 National History Museum photo contest. Currently, he is using his photographs to drive awareness about birds in the community. He also continues to raise funds and donate the proceeds to charities that support conservation and restoration efforts. 

His talk titled ’Behind the lens story of a 9 year old‘ highlights his first year photography journey and his aha learnings while capturing birds in their natural habitat. He strongly believes that Nature is the greatest gift to humans and we should preserve it for our future generations.
