Birds and Plants at Stevens Creek County Park (Cupertino)
Join us as we hike the Rim Trail in Stevens Creek County Park to look for birds and plants. We'll search for birds such as chickadees, wrentits, and warblers, and learn about the native plants such as the trees and shrubs on the way.
Trip Difficulty:1.5 miles, packed-dirt trails, muddy or possibly muddy after rain, uneven or rutted trails, some hills (less than 300 ft elevation gain), steep in some sections, shady

Meet: Chestnut Picnic Area parking lot
Directions: From I-280 in Cupertino take Foothill Expy exit. Continue south on Foothill Blvd for about 2 miles (it becomes Stevens Canyon Rd). Parking Type and Fees: paved parking lot, parking fees (use Santa Clara County Park annual pass, otherwise it is $6.00 per car, credit card only)
