Fall Migration at New Chicago Marsh
The New Chicago Marsh and the nearby gardens are a prime spot for fall migration. We'll look for migrant shorebirds like plovers and sandpipers in the bay, and we'll spend some time walking through the nearby gardens for migrant warblers and flycatchers.
Trip Difficulty: 2 miles, fairly flat dirt trail, some paved / walking along roads

Directions: From CA-237 exit north onto Zanker Rd. Continue on Zanker Rd for about 2.5 miles (Zanker Rd becomes Los Esteros Rd). Make a sharp right turn onto Grand Blvd and continue into the park. Latitude/Longitude: 37.439332, -121.959725
