Mindful Birding Walk at Stevens Creek County Park (Cupertino)

Join us for a unique mindful birding experience designed to slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with nature. This 2-hour session blends mindfulness, gentle bird observation, and creative reflection.

What to Expect:

Grounding & Mindfulness: We will begin with a short breathing exercise to ground ourself and tune into the natural world around us.

Mindful Bird Observation: We'll then take a slow, guided walk to observe birds through sight, sound, and presence — without the pressure to tally species

Sharing & Closing: We'll close by reflecting for a few minutes on your experience with the group.
