Field Trip: Sunnyvale Bay Trail

We will walk west along the Bay Trail checking the large evaporation ponds, the Lockheed ponds, and the marsh adjacent to Yahoo looking for wintering ducks, gulls, shorebirds, and wading birds.

Trip Difficulty: 2-3 miles, flat gravel trails

Meet: Bay Trail parking on Carl Rd

Directions: From Caribbean Dr, take Borregas Ave north. Drive a short distance before turning left onto Carl Rd. Park in the Bay Trail parking area on Carl Rd.
