Mandarin Bilingual Field Trip: Almaden Lake (San Jose)
Join us for a leisurely bird walk along Almaden lake, a scenic urban oasis in San Jose’s Almaden Valley. We'll look for resident birds such as herons, egrets, woodpeckers and Great-tailed Grackles, as well as fall warblers. This easy, accessible walk offers a variety of habitats and birding opportunities for all levels.
Trip Difficulty: 2 miles, paved trails, packed-dirt trails, little or no elevation gain, little to no shade
