Photowalk: Palo Alto Baylands (Palo Alto)
Bring your cameras and let's have fun practicing photographing birds and chatting about photography settings and gear. The longer the lens the better, but any photographers and cameras are welcome from beginner to expert.
At Palo Alto Baylands, we'll enjoy the shorebirds, ducks, and gulls around the duck pond, mudflats and tidal marsh areas.
Trip Difficulty: 1-1.5miles, paved trails, gravel trails, packed-dirt trails, muddy or possibly muddy after rain, little or no elevation gain, little to no shade

Meet: Parking Lot for Lucy Evans Nature Center
Directions: From US-101 in Palo Alto take Embarcadero Rd east towards the bay. Pass the airport and turn left at the T-intersection. Continue for 0.5 miles passing the duck pond. Just over the bridge, the nature center (2775 Embarcadero Rd) will be on your left and the paved parking area will be on your right. Lat/Long: 37.458949, -122.105212
