Come with the Young Birders Club to bird the oak, grassland, and chaparral habitats of Pearson-Arastradero Preserve! We’ll be on the lookout for Lazuli Bunting, Ash-throated Flycatcher, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, California Thrasher, and more as we observe spring migration in full swing. As we scan these foothills and Arastradero Lake, we’ll keep an eye out for a variety of raptors, ducks, and wading birds.
This trip is designed for young birders, though parents and siblings are welcome to attend! We welcome birders of all skill levels. Loaner binoculars are available for participants.
