A Birder in Hand Trip Report

We covered three parks (Almaden Lake, Guadalupe Oaks, and Los Capitancillos Ponds) which are all within 5 miles of my home. We found 45 species in 4 hours. It was a delightful morning, including sightings of a Great-tailed Grackle and a personal First of the Season Hooded Oriole!
