Red-tailed Hawk: John Scharpen

We’re joining our buddies at Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful for a morning of exploration at the north end of the Coyote Creek Trail! This stretch of the trail is home to a bounty of bird diversity with its restored floodplain and riparian corridor, and we’ll be keeping an eye out for invertebrates of all types amongst the mix of California native and introduced plants. Experienced naturalists will be on hand to help you discover the diversity of life around us, and nature lovers of all levels are welcome!
