For eBird’s Global Big Day, SCVAS will be hosting a special distributed Birdathon team consisting of: Everyone! All you need to do is submit an eBird checklist on this day then let us know via email: programs@scvas.org . We’ll aggregate all the checklists created on this day and see how many species we can see in a single day in our county when we all work together!
This event is free to all participants, but if you’d like to make a donation you can sponsor this team.
In addition to seeing what’s possible for Santa Clara County, all the eBird checklists will be contributing to citizen science and eBird’s Global efforts to see as many species as possible in a single 24-hour period.
