Field Trip: Harvey-Bear Entrance to Coyote Lake CP (San Martin)

The Harvey-Bear Ranch entrance to Coyote Lake is a popular walking location butted up against the east hills. We’ll take the flat, paved multi-use trail while keeping our eyes on the skies for raptors, scanning the fence lines for Loggerhead Shrikes and Sparrows, and watching the agricultural fields for Yellow-billed Magpies and Western Meadowlarks.

Optional: pack your own lunch/snack and we'll picnic together afterwards.
