This Palo Alto park offers a variety of habitats including grasslands, oak woodlands, and a small lake. We’ll spend the morning walking along the Arastradero Creek Trail while on the lookout for Cooper’s and Red-shouldered Hawks, California Thrashers, and other oak woodland birds. We’ll also scan the small lake for Green Herons and more.

Directions:  From I-280 take the Page Mill Rd exit. Go west for 0.5 miles and follow signs for Arastradero Rd. Turn right onto Arastradero Rd.
