Rancho del Oso is the coastal portion of Big Basin Redwoods State Park. We’ll start this trip by birding from Waddell Beach then we’ll hike along the Skyline-to-the Sea Trail. Possible birds will be Marbled Murrelet, Pigeon Guillemot, Swainson's Thrush, Pacific Wren, and Wilson's Warblers.

Meet: Waddell State Beach parking lot
Directions: From CA-17 in Santa Cruz exit north onto Mission St/Hwy 1 towards Half Moon Bay. Continue on CA-1 N for about 18 miles.
