We will start at the Stile Ranch trailhead and look for hummingbirds and late sparrows. We will then follow the creek trail towards the IBM Almaden orchard looking for chaparral birds, riparian species, woodpeckers, and raptors. Possible birds include Warbling Vireo, Ash-throated Flycatcher, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, and Pacific-slope Flycatcher.

Directions: From CA-85 in San Jose, exit Almaden Expy south. Drive south for about 5 miles, turn right onto Harry Rd, take the next left onto McKean Rd and go 1.3 miles.
