Field Trip: Sunnyvale Water Pollution Control Plant

Explore weedy-edged, tule-lined brackish canals and a salt pond for egrets, herons, grebes, ducks, and terns. 

Trip Difficulty: 2 miles, dirt trails

Directions: From Caribbean Dr, take Borregas Ave north. Drive a short distance before turning left onto Carl Rd. Park in the Bay Trail parking area on Carl Rd.
