Ulistac Natural Area Spring Migrants
Let’s look for migrating warblers, vireos, flycatchers and other songbirds! This urban open space with oak and riparian woodlands and seasonal wetlands contains the last 40 acres of natural, undeveloped land along the Guadalupe River in the city of Santa Clara. Park volunteers are continuing to remove invasive species and add California native plants making this place a “must-do” during spring migration. Wilson's Warbler, Cassin's Vireo, Rufous Hummingbird, and Bullock's Oriole will be some of our targets.
