Young Birders Club: McClellan Ranch Preserve

  • Santa Clara Valley Bird Alliance (SCVBA) 22221 McClellan Road Cupertino, CA, 95014 United States (map)

Join the Young Birders Club for an afternoon bird walk at McClellan Ranch Preserve. Between searching out native songbirds and industrious woodpeckers we'll be learning about the ongoing restoration efforts at this urban site that are helping support a natural meadow ecosystem.

This trip is designed for young birders, but parents and siblings are welcome to attend. We welcome birders of all skill levels—whether you’ve been birding for years, or never picked up a pair of binoculars before, we’d love to bird with you! Young birders can socialize and have fun birding together. Loaner binoculars are available for participants.
