Grassroots Ecology team, we will be birding at Arastradero Preserve

Trip Difficulty: 3 miles, gravel trails, little to no shade

Meet Location: Meet at Arastradero Preserve Main Parking Lot and buildings

Directions: From Highway 280, take Exit 20 for Page Mill Road toward Palo Alto and Arastradero Road, keep left at the fork following signs for Arastradero Road and Los Altos Hills, then turn left onto Page Mill Road and right onto Arastradero Road

Facilities: ADA accessible bathroom, drinking water, cell coverage may be intermittent or non-existent, bike rack

Parking: 530 Arastradero Rd. The parking lot can fill up quickly once the preserve opens at 8am. It is very popular on Saturday mornings! There will be some spaces reserved for volunteers at the back of the lot, but we cannot guarantee parking for latecomers. There is no street parking available along Arastradero Road or Page Mill Road.
