Field Trip: Beginners and Families at Almaden Lake Park

Explore the lake and Los Alamitos creek, which flows into the lake, looking for and learning about common birds. We will move slowly and spend time using our field guides. Binoculars available. 2 miles, paved bike path.

Directions:  From CA-85 in San Jose take the Almaden Expy exit south. In 0.8 miles, turn left onto Coleman Rd, then make the first right onto Winfield Blvd. Park entrance will be on your right.
