Cancel or Change Trip?

• If you need to change or cancel a trip, please email fieldtrips@scvas.org and I will help you.

• Consider contacting another SCVBA volunteer to substitute for you if you can no longer lead a trip that you have planned. Use the Leader Directory provided on the left-hand column. Please let the field trip know if there will be a substitute for your trip.

• Last minute cancellations? The trip leader can cancel a trip due to rain, heat, illness, air quality, etc. and is responsible for emailing attendees using Ticketbud. Remember to contact the field trip coordinator as well. If you can’t use Ticketbud to cancel the trip, call the field trip coordinator (Eve) at (408) 569-9391.
